Cabbage and Kilbasa
1 Kilbasa 1 head of cabbage 6-8 potatoes salt to taste water to cover
Cube the potatoes, (I make these large chunks,) and place in a stew pot. Slice the Kilbasa into 1/4 inch thick rounds and add them to the potatoes. Cut the head of cabbage into quarters and then slice into good size chunks also. Place these in the pot and add enough water to cover. Salt this and cook over med. heat. When the potatoes are done the soup is done as well.
