2 Tbsp Jam (Most any jam can be used. Jelly does not work as well as jam due to the thinner consistency)
3 Tbsp low-sodium sou sauce 2 Tbsp water 1 Tbsp fresh ginger (I have used powdered, about 1 tsp) 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl. Add in chicken and toss until well covered. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
**Can be marinated for 2-3 hours in refrigerated for added flavor.
***Crockpot option: Place all ingredients in the pot and cook for 4 hours on low.
