Ingredients: 3 lb Chicken thighs 3 Crushed garlic cloves 3 Bay leaves Pepper corns 1 C White vinegar 1 C water 1/2 C soysauce 2 Tbsp sugar Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions: Put chicken in cooking pan. You need a pan that has a thick bottom. Add garlic, vinegar, water, bay leaves, peppercorn, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Cover pan and bring to a boil. Boil until there is just a slight covering of liquid at the bottom of the pan. Serve with white rice.
