Pastry Mix: yields 7 single crusts
7 C. flour 1 T. salt 2 C. shortening
Combine flour and salt in a large bowl and cut in shortening. Store in covered container.
For each single crust: Place 1 C. mix in bowl. Sprinkle with 2-3 T. cold water and prepare as you usually would.
For a double crust double (duh!).
Use as you would in any pie recipe.
