1 Tbls. minced dry onion 1 tsp. dried green pepper flakes 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. instant minced garlic 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. celery seed 1/4 tsp. chili powder
Combine all ingredients in bowl until evenly distributed. Spoon mixture onto a 5 in. square of foil and fold to make airtight. Store in a cool and dry place. Use within six months.
Yield: about 3 Tbls. - enough for 6 servings
To make: Brown one pound of beef and drain. Add seasoning mix, 1/2 C. water and 1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer.
