This is an easy enchilada recipe.
2 (16 oz.) cans chicken 1 onion, chopped 10 oz. cheese, grated 1 (10 oz.) package medium corn tortillas
Sauce ******* 2 cans cr. of mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine chicken, onion and half of the cheese. Spread on the tortillas and roll up. Place in a casserole dish.
For the sauce, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture over the tortillas. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Bake for 30 minutes.
